San Ross is a Talent Manager and Founder of NN5 Management. San brings a deep understanding of both the craft and the business of performance.

After studying screenwriting at the London Film Academy and training as an professional actor at the Identity School of Acting in London,, San founded the acclaimed Lex Arthur Cob Talent Agency, later evolving into ACA Talent Management. Through this agency, he discovered, developed, and represented breakthrough talent.

Some of his credits include: Top Boy (Netflix), Tyrant (FX), The Queen’s Shoes (Feature Film), Berlin Station (Paramount/Epix), Tyrant (Fox), The Angel (Netflix) to mention a few.

San was also the founder for The ICA Club (Inspire Create Achieve) in London, a creative ground where actors trained, played, expressed and developed their craft.

San’s legacy is grounded not only in managing talent but in developing and empowering them. He has built a reputation for identifying raw, homegrown ability and guiding artists through the industry maze from workshops to casting rooms to professional sets.
